ABSTRACT:

In contemporary societies the need for social work is given by the inaccessibility of resources, according to social need, or by manifested imbalances in the functioning of a social system. The social casework is a process that is aimed for change. The changing process applies to both individual clients as well as its social environment with which interacts, and influence each other (which together form the customer system). In recent years, social casework (social work client-centered) absorbs assumptions and theories of personality psychology with interest in the sociological sciences. A model rhythm of social casework, in terms of problem-centered counseling, has five distinct phases of the counseling process that will be presented and analyzed in this article.
