ABSTRACT:


Communication presents a secondary analysis of data obtained within the research Practical purposes of supervising analysis, research conducted under the theme analysis for Occupational Standard Analysis for the Occupation of Supervisor. We wanted to highlight:
– Perception of social workers on the supervisory process;
– The role assigned by the professional to supervision;
– Correlation between the supervisor and other professionals.
Research has evolved while researching for data and intercalation / confronting them with existing information in the literature.
Analysis carried out after successive inductions through Grounded Theory methodology allows us to formulate as conclusions a series of skills and principles of good practice for the supervision process.
